Delta Oscillating Edge sander
The Delta 6" Oscillating Edge Sander is a recent (2010) addition to my shop. It's a heavyweight smooth running machine. I have been using it a bunch lately working on some of our furniture and it really does a nice job. Changing the belts is fairly easy, but the tracking adjustments are a bit of a nuisance. With this machine you need to muck around with two big nuts attached to the oscillating mechanism to make the tracking adjustment, and it's something you need to do with the machine turned off. While you are adjusting this the belt is cutting into the metal brackets of the machine.
